Why Work With Us

The Jamaica Special Economic Zone Authority (JSEZA) is the agency of the Government of Jamaica responsible for facilitating the development of and promoting investments in Special Economic Zones across the island. Established in 2016, the JSEZA regulates and supervises SEZs across 198 approved locations, positioning Jamaica as a global logistics hub through a strategy modelled after Dubai and Singapore. The Land Database Center supports this mission by providing a centralised platform for managing land parcel records across all 14 parishes — giving stakeholders, investors, and administrators secure access to real-time data, ArcGIS-powered mapping, and comprehensive record management from a single portal.
